If you need overnight shelter, transitional or permanent housing, call the Sonoma County Coordinated Entry System: (866) 542-5480 (M-F, 9am-5pm) for streamlined access to shelter & housing services.
Coordinated Entry is a “no wrong door” approach for families and individuals experiencing homelessness to access emergency shelter and housing resources. These include referrals to Rapid Rehousing, Transitional Housing, Emergency Shelter and Permanent Supportive Housing units throughout the County.

Wallace House provides permanent supportive housing to disabled Veteran’s who were previously chronically homeless. We work closely with the following agencies toward the goal of ending Veteran homelessness:

Employment & training services, intensive case management, comprehensive behavioral health treatment, transitional housing, integration into the DVA systems, referrals to community services & advocacy. Provides utility, security deposit & rental assistance.
