Our Executive Director, Colleen Halbohm, is a dynamic individual with the collaborative vision we needed to achieve the organization’s strategic objectives.
Colleen is a strong leader with proven experience in philanthropic endeavors and the ability to raise funds from various sources. She works closely with existing public and private donors.
Colleen is originally from San Francisco. In 2002 she moved to Cloverdale after retiring from 25 years in senior management in the private sector. In 2006 she began volunteering for Wallace House after the death of her son Jesse. “Jesse’s passing has fueled my passion for this work. Jesse had such a big heart – he was always helping someone. He is why I’m here. This job has saved my life. It gives me purpose and a reason to get up in the morning. I am so very, very grateful to be a part of this organization.”
